John is now the Property Director at Coverland overseeing all aspects of business development.

Jake has 9 years of general practice experience at Mark Jenkinson and Knight Frank, covering property auctions, valuations and disposals.
Jake joined the Coverland team in spring 2023 to manage and enhance Coverland’s residential and commercial property portfolio including its collection of holiday accommodation.

With four years of experience alongside the finance team at Coverland, Alfie manages the company finances and assists with the strategic property acquisitions / expansions.
After completing his apprenticeship in 2022, Alfie is further developing his career by working towards his AAT Qualifications.

Lucy Jones is the newest member of the team here at Coverland. Lucy’s role is to assist the team with administration and finance.
Having completed her Business Administration apprenticeship in 2024, Lucy is now expanding her knowledge by completing a multi-channel digital marketing apprenticeship.
